Seaford North Primary School
Seaford North Primary School recently underwent an upgrade and modernisation of its Community and Administration Building, creating contemporary learning environments for students and teachers alike. Delivered by Melbcon and designed by Katz Architecture, the project focused on improving functionality, design, and acoustic comfort throughout the space.
Our team supplied and installed a range of acoustic treatments and premium writing surfaces across the redevelopment. The scope included acoustic wall linings, acoustic ceiling fins, and BACH L15 Premium Porcelain Whiteboards.
Acoustic wall linings in soft grey tones were installed throughout high-use learning and administration areas to help improve acoustic performance and reduce reverberation. Ceiling fins in Senado, Savoye, and Flatiron colourways were also installed, adding visual interest while helping minimise noise throughout the building.
A standout feature of the project can be found within the communal spaces, where walls were lined with Autex Willie Weston printed acoustic panels, including the “Renewed Pearl” design by Lisa Waup. The Indigenous-designed surface finish introduces texture, warmth, and cultural richness to the interiors, helping create welcoming and engaging shared environments.
Our L15 Standard Whiteboards were installed throughout classrooms and study areas, providing teachers and students with durable, high-performance writing surfaces designed for everyday educational use.
