Sea and Sky is a luxury residential apartment development located just moments from Sandringham Beach. Completed in 2023, the six-level complex forms part of the Bay Road precinct and is designed to seamlessly unite with the neighbouring Pavilion Green Development. The project delivers both indoor and outdoor spaces tailored for comfort, connection, and modern coastal living.

Sea and Sky features shared amenities designed to encourage a greater sense of community, including an on-site cinema. BACH Commercial was contracted to supply and install noise-absorbing acoustic panels to enhance sound quality and create an authentic theatre feel.

As part of our scope, BACH Commercial supplied and installed 50mm acoustic wall panels in a dark grey finish to complement the interior design. This treatment was chosen not only for its acoustic performance but also for its aesthetic appeal and durability. By controlling sound levels and enhancing audio quality, BACH’s installation successfully delivered on the client’s vision of a premium lifestyle amenity.
